Here’s How You Can Copy Will + Kate’s Royal Wedding Menu

When Kate and William tied the knot back in April of 2011 the whole world was watching. And while we all threw rice at our television screen that day (okay maybe just a few of us did that) sadly, we didn’t all get an invite to the actual event. But if you want to pretend you’re one of the 300 lucky folks who had the pleasure of dining with Kate and Will on their big day, we recommend you take a peek at the recently released menu card from their ceremony.

The meal started with marinated salmon, crab and langoustines (AKA lobster) along with a fresh herb salad. After that budget-friendly first course (LOL) guests chowed down on a second course of lamb, spring veggies, asparagus, potatoes and sauce Windsor (what exactly that sauce tastes like we’re not totally sure). If you were itching for something sweet after those savory dishes, the meal concluded with honey ice cream, sherry trifle and chocolate parfait. Sounds delish, but let’s just hope there weren’t many vegans in attendance.

Will you take an inspiration from this menu for your wedding?
